La città che emergerà dalle rovine della Recessione sarà radicalmente differente dall'inferno delle periferie tardo moderniste del secolo passato.
Niente più ipermercati, niente autostrade, niente grattacieli, niente villettopoli.
Le periferie vanno Rigenerate. Vanno demolite e ricostruite sotto forma di eco-quartieri integrati ad alta accessibilità pedonale, con un'efficiente rete di negozi al dettaglio, piazze, mercati, trasporto pubblico.
